Okay, they don't suck that bad.

After writing to the Post Office headquarters about my local branch's mishap, I received a phone call and an email trying to make it better. But they have managed to redeem themselves because yesterday I got a key in my box and there was my package! Yea! Phil really liked his gift and I'm glad because it took more than two weeks to arrive. Good thing I've been really busy lately or I'd have been on the phone with them every single day. But they are back in my good-graces. Now, if I can just finish that Shakespeare paper, I'll be in good shape for finals.
